The Bulls-Eye Test

Former Bulls and Lakers coach Phil Jackson used the Bulls-eye test. 

Individually show each player the bulls-eye and have them (privately) write their name on the target where they feel connected with their teammates. Then, coaches have individual discussions exploring the why. How can we treat each other to move more people to the center?
